Vezeko flatbed bodies represent a universal and durable solution for professional transportation of goods, materials or equipment. They are designed for installation on commercial and truck vehicles and are manufactured with an emphasis on long service life, flexibility and quality processing.
The base is made of a grid of lightweight, high-strength steel or aluminum anodized profiles. The hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment ensures high corrosion resistance. To increase the rigidity of the structure, the perimeter edge is reinforced and the floor is designed with anti-slip waterproof plywood or aluminum laying in silicone sealant - all according to customer requirements.
The side walls made of aluminum profiles are completely removable, including the posts, and their height is optional. The tarpaulin structure is made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles, supplemented with wooden reinforcements. The entire system is dismountable and can be supplemented with a three-sided folding tarpaulin.
The body can be supplemented with, for example, aluminum crossbars for cargo fixation, a tarpaulin and its color design with the possibility of printing, foldable or removable underrun barriers.
Each body is designed individually - according to specific dimensions, vehicle type and purpose of use. Technical specifications and price lists are not processed as standard precisely because of the high degree of customization.
